Louise boasts over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Her journey includes fruitful tenures at the Cask n Surf in Tsawwassen, Nat Bailey’s at Expo ’86, L’Osteria Italian at Fantasy Gardens in Richmond, and Corporate Hospitality at the Air Canada PGA Championship in the 90’s.
Louise has been a part of the River House family since 1997. Her personal philosophy is to put the needs of all River House guests first and ensure that they are served the finest and freshest food available. Louise is proud of the group that she has helped to assemble for River House. Her service staff is driven by a desire to achieve customer service excellence, and the kitchen team strives to create a memorable dining experience for every guest, every time.
